Respect every frog and their well: and their “win”

Half a year of private, exclusive live-stream subscriptions taught me a truth: you have to respect every frog and his well, don’t put a ladder up to persuade him to come out, and don’t put a ladder up yourself to go down and keep him company. He looks at the sky you look at the sea—not that I don’t understand you, it’s that I don’t have the ability to understand you! This is not a question of high versus low. It’s that everyone’s cognition and experience haven’t ended up in the same place, so they can’t resonate. The losses you’ve suffered, he hasn’t. The things you’ve seen, he hasn’t seen. You know that trading has boundaries (danger) in it, but he is still in the “newborn calf is not afraid of tigers” stage. Many times it’s not whether your viewpoint is right or good; it’s that the other person can only understand up to here—or, to put it another way, he hasn’t reached the point where there’s a need to understand up to here yet. If his cognition hasn’t gotten there, any explanation for him is just noise. There’s a very clear difference between high cognition and low cognition: someone with high cognition will take things they can’t understand and interpret them as “they just don’t understand it.” Someone with low cognition will take things they can’t understand and interpret them as “it’s not right.” Some people are destined to be frogs for their whole lives. Even he isn’t a toad! People say even a toad wants to eat swan meat. In his worldview, the option of a bigger perspective simply doesn’t exist.

When you finally understand something, actually the correct time is when you’re not understood by others. Even if you’ve upgraded, you’ve reached another height. If you can be understood by many people, it only means you’re ordinary—you’re extremely ordinary! Being ordinary means you can only play with ordinary people. So don’t go after being understood. Being understood itself is also a very ordinary pursuit. In the circle, everyone has been chasing “win.” I’m telling you with my cognition what “win” is. You need to strive for it once, win once. This “win” isn’t the kind where you win a little and run. It’s the kind where you’ve identified a trend you believe in—from entering according to plan, then to exiting according to plan—that kind of win. Even if it’s just winning once, your body will remember that feeling. Oh, so this is how you win. Then next time, you can still “win.”

Things you don't understand, don't touch. Long-term correctness is more important than short-term cleverness. Doing nothing is just as important as doing something. Probability will always matter more than feelings. Being able to sleep peacefully is the highest standard.

A special thanks to you, brother! Since entering the industry, the luckiest thing has been meeting you. Over the past two years, you have generously shared your knowledge, guiding us from ignorance to maturity, allowing us to truly understand that profit and loss are interconnected, and helping us shed the impatience of chasing quick gains and panic selling. Learning from you has been my greatest gain, sincere thanks!
