Green tea, raw Pu-erh, and Oolong tea that have not undergone full fermentation retain a large amount of tea polyphenols and caffeine, which have strong astringency, can irritate the stomach lining, especially stimulate alertness, and are particularly bad for the body. The taste is also especially unpleasant, and this only reflects personal taste and opinion.
