My first #TradFi experience of a margin call, and the platform didn't provide any compensation for the margin shortfall, directly demanding that I top up the margin myself. Now my account is in a negative balance, and I’m completely stunned. I originally thought the risk was manageable, but I didn’t expect the market to be so extremely volatile, and I was suddenly breached. I can't move funds to cover the position, I can't top up the margin, and I can't close the position either. I'm truly at my wit's end. Is there anyone kind enough to help, send some U to me so I can cover the negative balance and get through this tough time?
