Regarding the small coin RAVE

Actually, one of my fans has been paying attention to this coin for a long time, and at first, it was mainly a low-buy operation, making quite a bit of profit. But just a few days ago, a high-leverage move almost wiped him out.

I won't say much about the rest; if he had held the long position he took at around 0.3 until now, he would have made over ten thousand dollars. But I also believe many people couldn't hold on. At that time, he shorted around 0.3, got liquidated near 0.9, and sold off at around 0.6. If he hadn't cut his losses, he would have been liquidated the next day.

But in crypto, there are no "what ifs." We can only say he's lucky he didn't get liquidated and still has his position. There was still a chance to recover later. But think about it from a different perspective: he originally wanted to buy the dip and then go higher, and he was firmly bullish. Yet, because of one short position, he lost more than half his capital. Now, this coin has already risen to over nine dollars, nearly 30 times the initial, with over 20x leverage, and about $200 margin, so the current value is around $120,000. If it were you, would your nerves hold up?

Honestly, many people get rich overnight in crypto, but many also get wiped out overnight. I believe that during the move from 0.3 to 9, many fans shorted in, and the results are predictable—either liquidation, holding through the stop-loss, or just getting stopped out. This is the downside of small coins: money comes fast, but losses come even faster.

I also discussed this in the fan group, so later I decided to focus on mainstream coins. After all, they have larger market caps and are harder to manipulate, allowing for stable profits and gradual growth.
