The Ministry of Industry and Information Technology organizes the selection of the first batch of national emerging industry development demonstration bases. The areas for creation include: artificial intelligence, intelligent connected new energy vehicles, new energy storage manufacturing, clean low-carbon hydrogen, biomanufacturing, intelligent robots, low-altitude equipment, commercial aerospace, safety and emergency equipment, and software. The application entities are as follows: ① Demonstration bases include park-type demonstration bases and enterprise-type demonstration bases. ② For applications to create demonstration parks, they should be legally established within China, with key emerging industry fields serving as the leading industries, and should be at the domestic forefront in areas such as industrial cluster development, industrial collaborative innovation, industrial ecosystem optimization, and industrial governance improvement. ③ For applications to create demonstration enterprises, they should be registered within China, have independent legal-person status, and have key emerging industry fields as their main business, and should be at the domestic forefront in areas such as product development, technological innovation, business model innovation, and management effectiveness.
