ME News Report, April 2nd (UTC+8), Apple celebrated its 50th anniversary on April 1st. CEO Tim Cook sent an internal memo to all employees. Cook opened with a quote from Steve Jobs: “Everything around you that you call life was created by people who are no smarter than you. You can change it, influence it, create things that others can use. Once you understand this, you can never go back.”

In the letter, Cook reviewed Apple’s journey from a prototype in a garage to now having 2.5 billion active devices worldwide. He summarized Apple’s 50-year cultural core as “The future isn’t something you wait for; it’s something you build,” and told employees, “The opportunities before us are the greatest we’ve ever seen,” and “No other team is better positioned than ours to seize them.” (Source: X Platform)
