The China Quality Miles 3.15 Theme Event Held in Beijing

On March 15th, the China Quality Walks 3.15 themed event with the theme “Counter Internal Competition, Establish High-Quality, Innovate for a Better Future” was held in Beijing. Liu Min, the Chief Engineer of the State Administration for Market Regulation, attended the event and delivered a speech. The event proposed four measures to purify the market ecology: First, resolutely “counter internal competition,” focusing on source governance, rectifying disorderly low-price competition and substandard products, tightening the “main switch” of quality integrity; Second, fully establish high quality, focusing on fair competition, promoting “competing on quality” instead of “competing on price,” and building a “protective wall” for high quality and high price; Third, vigorously innovate quality, focusing on optimizing supply, strengthening innovation-driven quality, standards guiding quality, management empowering quality, and consumer verification of quality, to activate new consumer demand with high-quality supply; Fourth, work together to win the future, build a new pattern of co-construction, co-governance, and shared quality governance, deepen the construction of quality-strong enterprises, systematically promote quality-strong supply chains, and comprehensively advance social co-governance of quality.
