After the case involving the application for enforcement by the partnership enterprise of Mou Mou (Limited Partnership) in Hengshan District People’s Court against the respondent Party Mou Mou, which was confirmed by judicial mediation agreement and became effective, the applicant applied for compulsory enforcement on February 17, 2025.

According to the agreement, the respondent Party Mou Mou shall immediately repay the 5,100 yuan advanced by the applicant Mou Mou Partnership Enterprise (Limited Partnership). The enforcement fee of 50 yuan shall be borne by the respondent Party Mou Mou. However, during the enforcement process, the respondent refused to perform, and on April 8, 2025, the court listed Party Mou Mou as a dishonest person subject to enforcement.
