Since ancient times, those who have achieved success are generally not kind-hearted individuals. Truly standout people in complex environments are rarely roles that are easily manipulated. Most of them possess strong opinions and execution ability, act decisively, have clear goals, and dare to make decisions and take risks at critical moments. They may appear gentle and refined on the outside, but internally often have a more determined or even assertive side. Therefore, those who can accomplish great things are often not passive and obedient types, but those who maintain initiative and a sense of pressure in competition. Rather than saying they are "gentle in personality," it is better to say they know how to switch their stance in different situations, but deep inside, there is always an undeniable strength.
