Sina Tech News, April 2nd, midday report: Fliggy and Qianwen announced that they have reached AI cooperation with more than 30 travel brands. To date, over 80 domestic and international brands have been involved. These brands will provide users with smarter and more professional travel services through Fliggy and Qianwen Apps’ “AI Service” capabilities, along with exclusive subsidies and benefits from Qianwen.

According to a “Fliggy spokesperson,” the new brands added to this AI partnership include domestic and international airlines such as Sichuan Airlines, Capital Airlines, China Express Airlines, Tibet Airlines, Chengdu Airlines, Cathay Pacific, and Etihad Airways, hotel brands like Hyatt Hotels Group, Dongcheng Hotels Group, Shangmei Digital Group, GreenTree Hotels Group, Jinling Chain Hotels, Xipo, Damehua Hotels, Juzuo Hotels Group, Qiugou Hotels Group, Jiangxi Yuejia Hotels Group, Wanjia International Hotels Group, Juntin Hotels Group, Jinglan Hotels Group, as well as theme parks like Hengdian World Studios, Universal Studios Singapore, S.E.A. Aquarium Singapore, and Adventure Waterpark Singapore.

Qianwen App has deeply integrated with Fliggy, enhancing the experience of AI-powered travel booking. Users can enjoy richer and more professional travel exploration, booking, and after-sales services. Currently, a batch of new features is gradually opening for testing, allowing users to easily select hotel room types, make one-click payments through conversations within the Qianwen App, and also enable Qianwen to modify existing orders, assist with cancellations, and check refund statuses.

Data from Fliggy shows that during the Spring Festival holiday, the AI order volume on Fliggy increased by over 800% month-on-month, with AI ticket booking orders growing more than 24 times. Among these AI orders, the average transaction price per airline ticket exceeded 700 yuan, and the average nightly hotel price approached 300 yuan.
