The team is led by industry technical expert Rishab Jain, with core members from Stanford University and the University of California, Berkeley, and experience in production-level systems at organizations such as the Ethereum Foundation, Solana, PayPal, and JPMorgan, covering key areas including stablecoin infrastructure, payment gateways, clearing and settlement architecture, and compliance engineering.

After the acquisition, the team will be fully integrated into Omninal’s technical system, focusing on building next-generation payment and settlement infrastructure for real merchant scenarios, while simultaneously advancing the underlying capabilities and large-scale deployment of the POSX rebate network.
