Many "losses" are not accidental, but rather your cognition, choices, and state have already made it impossible to continue supporting that relationship, resource, or stage of results, so the system helps you "cut losses and exit."


Just like forced liquidation in trading, when the risk exceeds your capacity to bear, you must end it.
Instead of viewing loss as purely a bad thing, it's better to see it as a passive correction, a reminder that your current structure is out of balance and needs to adjust your cognition, ability, or direction.
What truly matters is not to recover what has already ended, but to upgrade yourself so that the next time, you can have something more stable and lasting.
