Vanke stated at the analyst meeting on March 31 that, with the support of industry policies, the progress of resource revitalization is advancing steadily.
By the end of 2025, the company has completed resource revitalization worth 33.85 billion yuan, including 24.06 billion yuan of new value, and 9.79 billion yuan of optimized value from existing projects; the historically revitalized resources have accumulated contracted sales of 16.93 billion yuan in 2025.
In 2026, the company will focus on promoting resource revitalization, systematically sorting out recyclable resources, focusing on key projects, and fully coordinating various resources to push forward the revitalization work. (People’s Financial News)
