I mean... I saw a guy in the gym today:
6'3, 110kg, he is 100% natural. Do you think 3k calories is enough for him? Do you think 4k calories is enough for him?
4k calories is probably the amount to maintain and keep his current weight... but if he wants more... oh man, idk where more
