Life advice: Don't easily run a red light when wearing strapless.

Embarrassed so badly I could feel it ten miles away... ruined my strapless top.
I was rushing to cross the street on the last few seconds of the green light, took a couple of steps, then slipped onto my stomach. I said, why is my colleague always pointing their phone at me?
Turns out they were watching me make a fool of myself... Boohoo, I really give up. I remember I didn't choose the wrong size either?
Why can I slip so badly? Do other girls who wear strapless bras experience the same?
