1. Emotional stability

When feeling irritable, do not speak or make decisions; wait quietly for a while.
Learn to digest sad or unhappy emotions on your own.

2. Ability to move on

Have the ability to move on, do not cling to the past people and events.
Do not drain yourself over things that cannot be changed, avoid frustration and unhappiness.

3. Inner peace
When your mind is calm enough, no one can influence your emotions.

4. Attitude towards life

The more experiences you have, the more you understand; lower expectations, reduce dependence.
Strive to make life the way you want it to be.
