Most people's trading failures actually come down to just three reasons. Today, I will tell you what those three are one by one, and explain why this happens.
· The first, when you go long and the market moves in the direction you predicted, at this moment, because you're afraid of losing all the profits you've just made, you start reducing your position or exiting with profit directly, causing you to end the trade early without capturing a few points of profit. This is because your brain is trying to avoid the pain of losing something after gaining it.
· The second, when you open a position but the market moves in the opposite direction of your prediction, and you start incurring losses, at this point, to avoid admitting you're wrong, you hurriedly add to your position with the illusion of hope. Through this method, when the market has a slight upward movement, you have the chance to close your position and exit. The more you add, the larger your losses become. At this moment, your brain is trying to avoid the pain of admitting fault; admitting fault means losing. As long as you don't admit it and keep adding to your position, your brain remains comfortable because it fantasizes that this position will return to break-even.
· The third, and I think it's quite important, is that when you trade, you can't instantly return to the state before a loss after experiencing a losing trade. You forget the feeling of defeat and re-enter a new trade with a fresh mindset. Often, this situation occurs when the profit from your current trade just offsets the loss from your previous trade. You choose to quickly take profits to achieve psychological balance. At this point, you're not trading the market anymore; you're trading your emotions. You're not really aiming for profit; you're just seeking that feeling of balance between profit and loss. Your trading behavior has nothing to do with your original intention; it's no longer about making money, but about avoiding that painful feeling for your brain.
If you can solve the three issues above, then this is called anti-human nature. You will be better than ninety percent of traders. #Meta推出AI模型MuseSpark #Canary提交现货PEPEET申请
