Why do people say Gate’s Pre-IPOs are retail investors’ “system dividend”?

#Gate Launches Pre-IPOs
We all know the pain points of traditional IPOs: what retail investors can buy is often shares that have already risen several rounds after going public, or they can’t get allocated at all. Gate’s digital Pre-IPOs directly break this “institutional privilege.”

I think the biggest three advantages are:

· Time advantage – gain exposure a few months before the company goes public, or even earlier;
· Capital efficiency – participate using USDT, no need to exchange currencies, no need for overseas accounts;
· Secondary exit – don’t want to wait until it lists? You can transfer your position within the platform, and take profit or cut losses anytime.

As for the unicorn I’m most looking forward to, I’m voting for Stripe. Payment infrastructure + crypto-friendly policies—if it launches a Pre-IPO, I believe it will trigger FOMO.

I will allocate this kind of asset at a 10-20% proportion, to capture ultra-high growth potential, while hedging the dullness of traditional markets with the volatility of crypto assets.
