On the evening of March 24, Visionox Holdings released its 2025 annual report. The announcement shows that in 2025, Visionox achieved total revenue of 24.35B yuan, an increase of 8.72% year-on-year; net profit attributable to the parent company was 1.01B yuan, up 4.38% year-on-year. The company achieved non-recurring net profit attributable to the parent of 752 million yuan, a decrease of 10.07% year-on-year.

Looking at different business and application segments:
In 2025, Qingsong Optoelectronics achieved operating revenue of approximately 784 million yuan, a year-on-year increase of 38.43%; net profit was about 66.05 million yuan, a year-on-year increase of 331.07%, becoming a steady contributor within the company’s business matrix.
In 2025, Qingsong Optoelectronics launched a new generation of outdoor LED display series EG56 and new COB integrated machines. Among them, the outdoor LED display EG56 series products are equipped with a full-link energy-saving architecture, adopting a high-voltage direct drive scheme, with up to 50% energy savings.
In the field of intelligent control components, driven by rising raw material prices and increased cooperation share with major clients, the LCD display main control board business achieved revenue of 7.03B yuan, a year-on-year increase of 6.07%; the household appliance controller business benefited from sustained growth in domestic and overseas orders, achieving revenue of 2.52B yuan, up 46.02% year-on-year; automotive electronics and power electronics businesses both maintained rapid growth.
In the field of intelligent terminals and applications, the education brand business achieved revenue of 5.58B yuan, an increase of 8.77%.
The enterprise service brand business achieved revenue of 2.65B yuan, up 8.59%. Among them, due to weak overall domestic market demand and short-term pressure on digital signage business, domestic enterprise service brand revenue was 1.48B yuan, down 9.47% year-on-year. However, the effectiveness of the downstream supply chain management strategy reform launched in the first half of 2025 has gradually become evident, effectively improving channel inventory turnover efficiency, which narrowed the year-on-year decline in domestic MAXHUB brand business revenue in the second half of the year.
Visionox stated that benefiting from the continuous promotion of conference products certified by Microsoft Teams Rooms to overseas markets and the deep layout of overseas marketing networks, the company’s global market competitiveness and operational capabilities have steadily improved. Meanwhile, the company launched the multilingual education AI software application MAXHUB EasiClass for overseas markets, seizing the first-mover advantage in the school education AI application market with its technological edge. In 2025, MAXHUB’s overseas business in enterprise services and education achieved revenue of 666 million yuan, an increase of 54.83%.
ODM business, affected by changes in overseas education market demand and tariff fluctuations, achieved revenue of 3.09B yuan, a decrease of 21.03% year-on-year. The company will actively hedge external uncertainties through strengthening R&D and cost control, deepening cooperation with core brand clients, expanding diversified product categories, and accelerating overseas capacity deployment.
As one of the market’s focal points, Visionox’s strategic layout in the LED display field in recent years is clearly reflected in this annual report. The company further improved its LED display industry chain layout through the wholly-owned acquisition of Xi’an Qingsong Optoelectronics.
