What is SMC?

SMC stands for: Smart Money Concepts
Aiming to follow the operational tracks of institutional funds and identify key market turning points.
Definition: Tracking smart money.
A professional investment methodology that identifies large transactions by banks, hedge funds, and other major institutions to trade in the same direction as the main funds.
Core: Algorithm-driven and liquidity-focused.
Markets are driven by institutional algorithms, not randomness. Their primary goal is to "absorb" retail stop-loss orders through false breakouts and other tactics to acquire liquidity.
Strategy: Return to Price Action (PA).
Completely abandon lagging indicators like RSI and MACD, and directly "read" raw candlestick charts to intuitively interpret the true trading intentions of institutions through price fluctuations.
Don't predict the market, follow the trend, and track big institutions!
