THE DOLLAR INDEX IN A NUTSHELL 📉📈

The U.S. dollar is currently sitting at a powerful but fragile position. On one hand,it remains the world’s dominant safe haven currency, gaining strength whenever global uncertainty rises.

Ongoing geopolitical tensions especially in the Middle East have pushed investors toward the dollar, boosting demand as oil shocks and instability increase inflation expectations.

However, this strength comes with pressure. Rising energy prices are fueling inflation, forcing the Federal Reserve to keep interest rates higher for longer, which supports the dollar short term but slows growth.

Looking ahead, the dollar is expected to remain volatile: strong in periods of crisis, but gradually weakening as global powers explore alternatives and geopolitical fragmentation increases.

We are looking for a short term bearish move for the dollar index,as traders we just have to wait and see what would follow the structure of the dollar market before making a move.
