On April 8, the groundbreaking ceremony and cooperation signing conference for the Ma Chang project in Guangzhou Zhujiang New Town was held at the project site. At the event site, Yuexiu Group and Hilton Group simultaneously completed the cooperation intent signing. Hilton Group’s luxury hotel brand Waldorf Astoria will be landing at the Ma Chang project for the first time. It is reported that on March 2, Yuexiu and Beijing Hualian SKP signed a cooperation agreement to jointly build a new international consumer landmark in Guangzhou, the Guangzhou SKP, with a scale of 10 billion yuan.
