People's Financial News, April 7 — Recently, reporters learned from industry sources that the China Securities Association (CSA) has provided an analysis of the securities firms' operational outlook for 2025. The CSA states that by the end of 2025, the securities industry will have provided custody services for assets totaling 105.58 trillion yuan. The average net commission rate for securities brokerage and trading throughout the year decreased to 0.02%, with fee reductions and concessions showing significant results.

The CSRC Securities Association said that, as of the end of 2025, the securities industry provided custody services for assets totaling 105.58 trillion yuan; the industry’s average net commission rate for the securities brokerage business on a full-year basis declined to 2 basis points per trade, and the effectiveness of fee reductions and benefits to market participants has become evident.
