You can write your own script and upload it, or let it generate a script for you. You can also upload your desired characters for redesign, or directly use the characters you want. It has multiple Agents, each responsible for different sections, such as scene artists, scriptwriters, directors, designers, sound engineers, and art directors.
I think the character design feature can solve the problem of inconsistency between characters and scenes in animated videos. If you're not satisfied with the generated result, you can have it regenerate until you're happy. However, using this tool does consume quite a bit of resources, but overall, the results exceeded my expectations. The generation time isn't too long either. All in all, it's worth trying out.
