Currently, the price is consolidating and repairing around 71,500, constrained by the upper Bollinger Band, which is being pressured by the upper band. The price is sticking close to the upper band, so upside space is limited. Therefore, it is not recommended to directly chase the increase. The rally caused by the news is not a true bull reversal—it's only a brief afterglow.
