CryptoWorld reports that SOL Strategies announced on Twitter that it has acquired Solana zero-knowledge technology company Darklake Labs, paying a total of $1.2 million, consisting of $200k in cash and $1 million in common stock. Darklake is an early-stage Solana startup that developed Zyga, a dynamic zero-knowledge proof system specifically designed for the Solana blockchain. This technology enables transaction privacy while eliminating front-running and sandwich attacks during execution. After the acquisition, Darklake's founders and core team will join SOL Strategies.
