On the evening of March 30, China Minsheng Bank released its 2025 performance report. The report shows that Minsheng Jiayin Fund is a China-foreign joint venture fund management company established with approval from the China Securities Regulatory Commission. It was founded in November 2008 with a registered capital of 300 million yuan. China Minsheng Bank holds 63.33% of the equity in Minsheng Jiayin Fund. Minsheng Jiayin Fund’s principal businesses include fund management, fund distribution, specific client asset management, and other businesses permitted by the China Securities Regulatory Commission.

During the reporting period, Minsheng Jiayin Fund comprehensively implemented regulatory requirements, stayed investor-first, and continued to strengthen the building of core investment research and portfolio capabilities. It placed a focus on increasing the issuance of covered-call options with low-volatility products and asset-allocation-type products, tailoring to the needs of investors with different risk preferences, and striving to provide a good holding experience for investors.

As of the end of the reporting period, Minsheng Jiayin Fund’s total assets were 2.4B yuan, and its net assets were 2.01B yuan; during the reporting period, it realized operating income of 567 million yuan; the company’s total scale of asset management was 226.34B yuan, up 21.97% from the end of the previous year.
