People’s Finance News, April 7—Before the Qingming holiday, the A-share market showed a volatile and divergent pattern amid a mix of pre-holiday risk-avoidance sentiment and disruptions from the Middle East geopolitical conflict. In response to the frequent and repeated escalation of the Middle East geopolitical conflict, a weekly institutional strategy outlook report judged that late April is expected to become the key time window for marginal improvements in the domestic and international environment. Meanwhile, as market sensitivity to marginal changes in the Middle East geopolitical conflict gradually weakens, the A-share market is highly likely to have already established its bottom in the short term. Going forward, with listed companies’ annual reports and first-quarter reports set to be released in concentrated fashion, active capital is expected to gradually shift toward fundamentals-based pricing, seeking opportunities with confirmed industry momentum and earnings certainty amid external uncertainties.
