Another way I like to track Crypto bull and bear market periods is with stablecoin dominance. Two ways to look at this:

1) As soon as dominance starts to stay range bound that indicates a 're-accumulation' period (green box) last bear cycle.
2) As soon as you see 'change of character' or 'market structure breaks' that's a sign we could be transitioning out of re-accumulation and back into a bull crypto trend.
