Several US cities crack the top 20 most expensive cities in the world list—New York obviously sits at 100 as the reference point, but Honolulu, San Francisco, and Seattle are all up there too because of housing demand. Norway also shows up multiple times with Oslo, Bergen, and Trondheim. Asia's representation is smaller though, mainly Singapore around 85.3 and some others further down.
