I looked up the resume of "Chen Sen."

Born in September 1963 in Guangzhou, French national drug trafficker. Since 1999, he manufactured 8 tons of methamphetamine and purchased approximately 2.1 tons of heroin from Myanmar for sale in Guangzhou and other places.
In 2007, he was sentenced to life imprisonment for drug trafficking and smuggling; during his imprisonment, additional crimes were discovered, and in 2010, he was re-sentenced to death for multiple crimes including drug manufacturing and trafficking.
Someone like this, only executed after nearly twenty years in prison? France still dares to ask for clemency😅
