State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council: Carry out a high-quality special campaign to expand and increase recruitment in front-line state-owned enterprises

The State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council (SASAC) released a statement on April 1. SASAC recently held a work deployment meeting on promoting employment of college graduates by state-owned enterprises. The meeting further mobilized and arranged to support state-owned enterprises in their recruitment work for the 2026 graduating class of college students.

At the meeting, SASAC said that they should enhance their political standing and treat employment of college graduates as an important political task, so as to reserve more valuable talent for enterprises’ high-quality development. They should take multiple measures to continuously and steadily maintain recruitment scale, and conduct high-quality special actions to expand positions and increase enrollment at the front line for state-owned enterprises. They should closely explore the potential of positions at the industrial front line and increase the number of hires, pay greater attention to recruiting graduates whose majors match the real needs of enterprises, strengthen efforts in publicity and guidance, and enhance work to lead by exemplary cases. They should encourage graduates to actively devote themselves to working and striving at the industrial front line and to grow into and develop into talent. (Reporter Wang Xi)
