To further deepen the “Dream-Building Jianghuai · Jobs in Bozhou” talent service action, build a government–university–enterprise collaborative education platform, and guide college graduates to stay in Bozhou for employment, on April 1, the enterprise inspection and observation event organized jointly by the Municipal Bureau of Talent Work, the Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau, and Bozhou University, and hosted by the “Dream-Building Jianghuai · Jobs in Bozhou” Talent Service Station, concluded successfully.

For this event, 45 students from Bozhou University, majoring in brewing engineering, biological engineering, and other programs, were organized to visit Gujing Group in person for on-site learning. Teachers and students, in turn, toured the Party building hall, the science education hall, Brewing Section 3, Workshop Line 1, the intelligent park workshops (Lines 4 and 5), and the Wuji liquor cellar, gaining a close-up understanding of the full process of baijiu brewing and experiencing the industrial appeal of the integration of traditional craftsmanship with intelligent production. The guide provided detailed introductions to the Group’s development history, cultural inheritance, management model, and talent cultivation system, and patiently answered students’ questions about major fit, job needs, and industry development.

During the visit, the students listened attentively and engaged actively in exchanges, gaining an intuitive sense of Gujing Group’s industrial strength and cultural heritage. Tan Xiangyang, a student from Class 2 of the Brewing Engineering program, said, “The company is strong, and the intelligent workshops have really opened my eyes. This has further strengthened my confidence in employment in my major. In the future, I hope to stay in Bozhou for employment and development.”

This event built a practical bridge for students to move from the classroom to the enterprise, promoting precise alignment between talent at schools and enterprises. Bozhou City will rely on the construction of college talent service stations to continue carrying out activities such as policy briefings, improving employment capabilities, and on-campus special job fairs, helping more students clearly understand their career direction and strengthening their intention to stay in Bozhou for employment and to serve their hometown.
