Located in the Zhoukang area of Pudong, Yuqinqiyuan, a mature residential community with an approximate gross floor area of about 350k㎡, has completed the approval for its final phase and is set to officially enter the market.
The project entity is Shanghai Rongqi Real Estate Co., Ltd., with Zhou Weigan as the legal representative. The company is held by Shanghai He Lian Real Estate Development Co., Ltd. and Shanghai Meilongzheng Group Real Estate Co., Ltd. in shares of 95.8% and 4.2%, respectively.
This batch plans to launch 247 units. The primary building area is approximately 132 to 171㎡. Positioned as large three-bedroom improvement products, the average price is 57,895 yuan/㎡, with a total price per unit of around 8 million yuan.
Yuqinqiyuan’s final phase will offer home type ranges with a building area of 132-171㎡, positioned as large-scale three-bedroom units.
The overall layout adopts a north-south transparent design. The living room and dining area are connected in a coherent layout, with relatively spacious spatial scale, complemented by large lighting windows that provide abundant natural light indoors.
Some unit types are equipped with dual north-south balconies, balancing both drying and leisure functions. All bedrooms have bay windows, which not only extend the visual perspective but also add a certain amount of usable space.
Among them, the main bedroom in corner units features a 270-degree corner lighting design. Compared with a typical bay window, it adds one more viewing face and lighting face.

Right at your doorstep is a municipal demonstration-level Southeast Kindergarten (Yuqinqiyuan campus).
