The Cyberspace Administration of China plans to strengthen the management of digital virtual human information services

Mars Finance reports that the Cyberspace Administration of China issued a notice on publicly soliciting opinions on the 《Measures for the Administration of Information Services for Digital Virtual Humans (Draft for Comments)》, with a plan to strengthen the administration of information services for digital virtual humans. It states that from the start of digital virtual human services, service providers of digital virtual human services, service users, and service providers providing online information content dissemination services shall, throughout the entire time in the digital virtual human display area, continuously show a prominent warning sign containing the phrase “Digital Human,” and comply with the relevant regulations concerning AI-generated and synthetic content labeling in the country.
