Telegram will help overcome blockades, said Pavel Durov
The owner of the Telegram messenger announced in a detailed post that they will improve traffic masking to make it harder to block. He noted that around 65 million Russians continue to use it despite the blockades, confirmed that the attempt to block it caused yesterday's banking crisis, and compared the situation to Iran, where Telegram was also "blocked," but residents still use it.
