Super Micro Computer Employees Arrested for Alleged Sales to China

Three individuals associated with Super Micro Computer, including a senior vice president, have been indicted for allegedly conspiring to illegally sell AI-powered servers to China. Super Micro placed two employees on leave and fired a contractor after learning of the scheme to divert U.S.-assembled computer servers in violation of export-control laws. The indictment claims billions of dollars worth of servers were involved, with one individual remaining a fugitive.
