Yao Pi Glass: China Composites Plans to Reduce Its Holdings in the Company by No More Than 3%

People’s Finance and News, April 2—Yoppi Glass (600819) announced on April 2 that shareholder China Composite Materials Group Co., Ltd. (abbreviated as “China Composites”) holds 7.19% of the company’s shares and plans to reduce its holdings by no more than 3% of the company’s total share capital through block trades and centralized bidding, i.e., 29.3027 million shares.
