Mitsui O.S.K. Lines reports that an LNG carrier has passed through the Strait of Hormuz

Mars Finance news. On April 3, according to Reuters, Mitsui O.S.K. Lines, a Japanese shipping company, said on Friday that one of its Japanese liquefied natural gas (LNG) carriers had passed through the Strait of Hormuz. A spokesperson for Mitsui O.S.K. Lines said that the crew onboard the Panama-flagged vessel “SOHAR LNG” are currently safe, but did not disclose the specific time the ship transited the strait, nor did it say whether any form of negotiations had taken place regarding passage.
