Soluna Holdings has achieved full vertical integration through the acquisition of the 150 MW Briscoe wind farm to power its growing AI-based data center complex (AI). On April 2, 2026, Soluna Holdings, Inc. announced the successful completion of the acquisition of the Briscoe wind power plant in West Texas for $53 million. This deal, financed through cash and debt, allows the Albany-based developer to own a renewable energy source powering the infrastructure of its Project Dorothy data center. The acquisition provides immediate profit, with an estimated first-year adjusted EBITDA ranging from $6 million to $11 million. Currently, Soluna operates a total capacity of 150 MW at this site, laying the groundwork for the planned expansion of the Project Dorothy AI campus by an additional 300 MW.#GateSquareAprilPostingChallenge
