I notice that the cautious mood in the crypto market has increased today as everyone awaits the Supreme Court decision on US tariffs. Bitcoin and Ethereum seem to be stalled at their levels—BTC around $66.85K and ETH at $2.06K—and they’re not really moving much.
The interesting part is that the issue isn’t really the tariffs themselves. The problem is the risk sentiment they bring. I saw during the 2025 tariff escalation that BTC dropped 12-15% in just one week, and ETH experienced an even larger decline. That’s how macro uncertainty affects crypto—more sensitive to fear than to actual news.
Right now, local and global demand seem to be hesitating. Traders are reducing exposure, and I see on the charts that there’s no clear conviction. Bitcoin needs to reclaim that $94-95K zone, while Ethereum is still struggling below $3,200. If these resistance levels can’t hold, expect more consolidation or even deeper testing.
Honestly, I’m more focused on price structure and risk management than headlines. History shows that the Supreme Court decision—whether pro- or anti-tariffs—is only temporary. The real trend will be determined by how the price reacts to technical levels after the announcement. So for now, I’m just watching volatility plays rather than making directional bets. When the decision comes out and there’s follow-through in price, that will be the signal to watch.
