Average Oil Grade Forecasts
Brent ( benchmark grade):
Bank of America (BofA) raised its forecast to $77.50 per barrel (from $61 ), taking into account risks of supply disruptions.
Goldman Sachs expects the price to be $85 per barrel.
EIA (U.S. Energy Information Administration) projects that the price will fall below $80 in the third quarter of 2026 and until $70 by the end of the year.
Other analytical models allow a range from $66 to $137 depending on the scenario (de-escalation or escalation of the conflict).
WTI (Texas oil):
Expected at $66–$70 per barrel, with a possible drop to $58–$60 if excess global inventories accumulate.
Urals (Russian oil):
Trades at a significant discount due to sanctions. In early 2026, the price was quoted at around $55.50 per barrel.
