A trap I often fall into is reading too much into low-timeframe price action - or overanalysing these moves.


I have my plan, and have the experience to stick to it -but it still causes unnecessary nerves or worry.
The less time spent in front of charts, the easier it becomes to follow your plan - but at the same time; the more time you look at charts, the better you will instinctively know what to do.
Tricky balance to navigate, even with years of experience.
