People’s Finance News, April 2, 4月2日, the Guangzhou Municipal Development and Reform Commission issued an announcement on April 2 soliciting public comments on 《Announcement on Soliciting Opinions on the “Fifteenth Five-Year Plan” (Draft for Comments) for the Development of Modern Infrastructure in Guangzhou》. The goal is that by 2030, Guangzhou will basically build a modern infrastructure system. The infrastructure network layout will be more fully developed, the system structure more optimized, the service functions more complete, integration and coordination more efficient, and safety assurances more reliable—providing solid support for Guangzhou to build a central world city with classic charm and vitality of the times. Looking ahead to 2035, Guangzhou’s modern infrastructure system will have completed leapfrog development, achieving comprehensive progression and elevation; deep integration across all fields of digitalization, networking, intelligence, and greening, with infrastructure operating efficiency, management precision, and coordinated protection reaching internationally top-tier levels.
