CATL's robot patent granted approval, applicable to humanoid robot necks
People’s Finance News, April 1—According to the Qichacha app, recently, the “Joint Structure and Robot” patent applied for by Contemporary Amperex Technology Co., Limited Future Energy (Shanghai) Research Institute Co., Ltd. and Contemporary Amperex Technology Co., Limited was granted.
According to the Qichacha patent abstract, this application relates to the field of robotics. The joint structure includes a joint assembly, a first driving member, and a second driving member. The joint assembly includes a base part, a movable part, and a connecting part. The connecting part is rotationally arranged relative to the base part about an axis extending along a first direction; the movable part is rotationally arranged relative to the connecting part about an axis extending along a second direction. The first driving member is disposed on the base part and includes a first drive rotating shaft oriented along the first direction, where the first drive rotating shaft drives the connecting part. The second driving member is disposed on the connecting part and includes a second drive rotating shaft oriented along the first direction, where the second drive rotating shaft drives the movable part. The first driving member and the second driving member are at least partially overlapped in the first direction.
The technical solution provided by this application applies the joint structure to the neck of a humanoid robot, which can improve the problem that the neck joint structure of existing humanoid robots is relatively bulky.
