Kimi plans to grant options to the top 27 talents one year in advance.

The Dark Side of the Moon is about to launch a new top-talent campus recruitment program, which plans to grant stock options in the company to interns who have not yet graduated. This top-talent campus recruitment program, called “Crossing Plan,” is aimed at the graduating class of 2027, with the first batch of slots limited to 16 people. After interns complete a 3-to-6-month assessment with The Dark Side of the Moon, the selected candidates will be directly granted a number of option shares—even if they have not yet officially graduated. It is understood that this program is not limited to any specific job type. In fact, this program has almost no hard constraints on things like major, education level, or experience.
