New shareholders were added, including Beijing Artificial Intelligence Industry Investment Fund (Limited Partnership) and the National Artificial Intelligence Industry Investment Fund Partnership Enterprise (Limited Partnership), among others. At the same time, registered capital increased from RMB 3 billion to approximately RMB 3.37 billion, an increase of about 12%. The company was established in November 2023. The legal representative is Wei Zhongjiang. Its business scope includes services such as AI industry application system integration, AI basic resources and technology platforms, and development of AI theory and algorithm software, among others. It is currently jointly held by China Telecom Co., Ltd. and the newly added shareholders mentioned above.
