Shanghai Putailai New Energy Technology Group Co., Ltd. Announcement of the Issuance Results of the First Tranche of Science and Technology Innovation Bonds for 2026

Shanghai Putailai New Energy Technology Group Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”) held the 26th meeting of the third session of the board of directors on July 1, 2024, and held the first extraordinary general meeting of shareholders in 2024 on July 17, 2024, at which the “Proposal on Planning to Apply for Registration and Issuance of Debt Financing Instruments” was considered and approved. The Company agreed to apply to the China Association of Interbank Market Dealers for the registration and issuance of debt financing instruments of up to RMB 2.0 billion (including RMB 2.0 billion). For details, please refer to the “Announcement of Shanghai Putailai New Energy Technology Co., Ltd. on Planning to Apply for Registration and Issuance of Debt Financing Instruments” (Announcement No.: 2024-042) disclosed by the Company on July 2, 2024 on the website of the Shanghai Stock Exchange (www.sse.com.cn) and in designated media.

On October 14, 2024, the Company received the “Acceptance of Registration Notice” issued by the China Association of Interbank Market Dealers (Zhongshi Xie Zhu [2024] MTN975). The China Association of Interbank Market Dealers decided to accept the Company’s registration of medium-term notes. The registration amount is RMB 1.0 billion. The registration quota is valid for 2 years from the date of the notice. Within the effective period of registration, the Company may issue medium-term notes in tranches.

Based on its operating conditions, capital use plan, and interbank market conditions, the Company issued the first tranche of science and technology innovation bonds for 2026 on March 20, 2026 in the National Interbank Market. The issuance results are hereby announced as follows:
