The interesting part is that the cold in Mexico City was mainly concentrated in the early morning and morning hours. But the most intense part was that it wasn't just the capital. The National Weather Service reported that the cold reached several regions across the country. In mountainous areas of Chihuahua and Durango, temperatures dropped to -15 to -10 degrees, while in other states like Jalisco and Michoacán, it ranged from -5 to 0 degrees. All caused by Cold Front No. 27 combined with a polar air mass. Quite intense, honestly.
