Just saw this Oscar-nominated actor from movies like the Hustle going on about how bitcoin is gonna die. He was on some podcast talking about getting offered crazy returns on an investment that had nothing to do with BTC, but somehow he's using that to say crypto won't make it. The logic there is... questionable lol. He's saying bitcoin is based on fiat and people don't want money in something that can be wiped out with a button push. But like, billions are flowing into bitcoin ETFs right now, corporations are holding it, even governments are buying it. So clearly people DO want their money there. Also bitcoin trades around $67K at the moment, which is down from its all-time high but still up massively over the years if you zoom out. The whole 'bitcoin is dying' thing has been predicted like 500 times and it's still here. Every cycle people doom-post about it, then the cycle continues. Not saying he's wrong to be skeptical, but the arguments don't really hold up when you look at what's actually happening in the market. Guess we'll see what happens next.
